-Work 5-7 hours per week at $15/hour
-Serve as a student representative on the Diversity Committee
-Attend DEI related events to increase campus presence
-Work on DEI initiatives in the Department of Psychology
-Meet regularly with Dr. K.
Qualifications:
-Must be enrolled as an Undergraduate Student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Psychology
-Have a foundational understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion concerns
-Be passionate about making the Department of Psychology a more inclusive and equitable place for students, staff, and faculty
-Preference will be given to students who can serve in the role for a minimum of a full academic year
