Paid Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Undergraduate Student Liaison Position

Dr. Monica Kearney, Assistant Chair of Equity 
and Inclusion in the Department of Psychology is
searching for an Undergraduate student who is passionate about social justice, equity, and inclusion to serve as a DEI Undergraduate Student Liaison.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
-Work 5-7 hours per week at $15/hour
-Serve as a student representative on the Diversity Committee
-Attend DEI related events to increase campus presence
-Work on DEI initiatives in the Department of Psychology
-Meet regularly with Dr. K.

Qualifications:
-Must be enrolled as an Undergraduate Student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Psychology
-Have a foundational understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion concerns
-Be passionate about making the Department of Psychology a more inclusive and equitable place for students, staff, and faculty
-Preference will be given to students who can serve in the role for a minimum of a full academic year
