Responsibilities

Internship Overview:
10-week full-time paid program that will take place June – August in the Summer of 2023
Formal and hands on training within your given department to learn the ins and outs of your division and role.

Will be a contributing member to your team and will be assigned tasks that will allow you to grow and learn new skills within your given business area.

Assigned mentor/leader to guide you through the experience and provide you with necessary resources to complete day to day assignments and longer-term projects.

Interns will have the opportunity to be exposed to all departments within the corporate office including Front Office, Back Office, Accounting, Operational Risk & Compliance, HR, etc. Interns will shadow with different departments within the corporate office to gain a holistic view of the company operations.

Weekly development meetings with all interns where we will cover topics such as: resume development, interview training, etc.

Guest Speaker Calls throughout the program to gain perspectives from company leaders and insight from various departments.

Each intern will be assigned a final presentation project
Interns will be eligible to receive college course credit.

Qualifications:
-Enrolled in undergraduate bachelor’s degree program, Juniors preferred (December 2023 and May 2024 grads)
-Strong desire for a corporate career within Finance, Human Resources, Business Operations, or Law.
-Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced work environment
-Professional demeanor and presence
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong problem-solving abilities

Compensation:$16.50/hr (plus COLA adjustment in select markets) - 40 hours a week, no overtime
