Research Assistant Positions
Undergraduate research assistants / independent study students are invited to apply to work in the
Interpersonal Relationships Lab in the Psychology Department. The lab is supervised by Dr. Edward Lemay. The ongoing studies concern a) need to belong; b) the link between self-esteem and interpersonal relationships; c) the impact of loneliness on relationships; and d) and the role of optimism and perfectionism in relationships.
Students may assist with literature reviews, data coding, study planning, and data collection. Students will also attend lab meetings to discuss related research on the topics mentioned above. Students can earn PSYC 478 or 479 credit.
