The Developmental and Research Laboratory on Eating and Weight Behaviors under the direction of Dr. Marian Tanofsky-Kraff in the Department of Medical and Clinical Psychology at the Uniformed Services University (USU) is seeking a very highly motivated college or masters student to aid in conducting research. The volunteer would serve as an aid to research coordinators on a NIH-funded trial aimed at preventing eating disorders and reducing excessive weight gain in adolescent military dependents. Primary responsibilities include recruitment of study participants and data collection and entry. Part-time commitment and flexible hours. Reliability and timeliness are critical. This experience is ideal for individuals planning to pursue graduate work in clinical psychology, medicine, or a related field.
