Multicultural Climate Survey
The Department of Psychology's Diversity Committee would like to invite you to complete our annual Multicultural Climate Survey is now open. The purpose of the survey is to understand how inclusive our Psychology department feels to you. We would like to hear your honest feedback about our strengths and weaknesses as they relate to our mission of creating a respectful, affirming, and inclusive environment.
The Psychology department will use the survey results to help us improve our multicultural climate. Your responses are anonymous. We will not ask you to identify yourself by name.
A summary of the results will be shared with faculty, staff, and students. We will hold a Town Hall meeting to present and discuss the results in February 2020. The Diversity Committee will also develop recommendations based on the results of this survey.
It is our hope that you will partner with us in this departmental evaluation and answer as honestly as possible. You may enter your name at the very end of this survey to enter your name in a raffle to win of 5 gift cards to the University Book Center. Please complete the survey before Wednesday, December 11 to qualify for the raffle. You can access the survey HERE
