University of Maryland Autism Research Consortium
Lecture Series
The University of Maryland Autism Research Consortium (UMARC) is an interdisciplinary group of researchers from various departments on campus. UMARC's goal is to advance the understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in children and adults and to contribute to the development of effective treatments and interventions. UMARC also hosts a monthly lecture series in support of parents and children with autism! Our next lecture will be held on Saturday February 7, 2015 from 10am-12pm in 0135 Lefrak Hall. Dr. Elizabeth Redcay from the psychology department at the University of Maryland will present the Current Brain Research in Autism. Free childcare is provided for pre-registered attendees.
