Description:
The Children's National Medical Center is currently searching for a full-time paid research assistant with an interest in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The research assistant will serve as part of a Clinical Research Team under the supervision of Dr. Adelaide Robb. Ongoing studies explore medication treatments for pediatric psychopathologies.
Responsibilities:
-Recruitment
-Data Entry
-Pre-Intake Evaluations
-Coordinate multiple large multi-site clinical trials
-Oversee large seizure database
-IRB maintenance
-Taking patient vital signs
-Processing lab work
This is a full-time 40 hours per week research assistant position.
Qualifications:
-BA or BS
-Prior clinical or medical experience
-Detail oriented
-Ability to work in a high pressure environment
-Comfortable with patient and family interactions
