| Important Graduation Information for May 2014 Graduates If you are planning to graduate in May 2014, it is important for you to complete the steps below. Graduating is a huge accomplishment and one that you have worked very hard to achieve. That being said the College and Departmental Advisors in BSOS are asking you to check to make sure that you are registered for all the classes that you need in order to graduate this May. Please do the following three things: 1-Check your unofficial transcript online to review your registration, repeated coursework, earned credits and any transfer credits you may have earned for accuracy. 2-Check to see that your requirements will be met this semester by using Degree Navigator online. Go to http://www.testudo.umd.edu and click on the words Degree Navigator located on the bottom center of the screen and then log in using your directory id and password. If requirements listed are unfulfilled you will not graduate. 3- Seek advising if you have any questions about your academic record or what is listed in Degree Navigator. 4- Apply for graduation at the following link: http://www.testudo.umd.edu/candapp/index.html *The Department of Psychology Commencement Ceremony will be held on Friday, May 23 at 3:30 pm in the Reckford Armory. More information will be forthcoming in the upcoming months. Please complete the items listed above as soon as possible. If you have questions you may follow up with your department or college advisor before February 7th if necessary. February 7th is the last day to adjust your schedule and the last day to apply for graduation. |
