Planting Healthy Roots Bingo
STAMP Baltimore Room | 7:00 p.m.

Join us for an evening of bingo, comedy, and wellness. Discover how plants can help reduce stress and boost mood, all while playing for the chance to win plants and enjoying the comedy of Allan Fuks. The first 150 students will receive a free succulent!

Self-Care Fair
McKeldin Mall | Noon–3:00 p.m.

Join us at the Self-Care Fair to celebrate good mental health! We’ll have carnival games, therapy dogs, free food, self-care activities, prizes, mental health resources, and more! Register your organization for a table.

Mindset Matters: Reflect, Connect, and Prepare for the Semester
Tawes Hall 1310 | 7:00 p.m.

Join the Mental Health Coalition and the brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi for a conversation about preparing for the semester mentally, emotionally, academically, and socially. Share what works, learn from others, and leave with strategies for starting the semester strong.

Stop by the Cozy Concert Series for live music and a cozy coffeehouse vibe. With multiple student performers, you can stop by for a few songs or take a longer break with live music to help you relax, manage your stress, and connect with other students.
Terps Esports Center Welcome Night

Meet new people, play some games, and find your community at the brand-new Terps Esports Center! Whether you're a seasoned gamer or just enjoy gaming casually, there's a place for you here! RSVP's encouraged but not required.

Mental Health Screenings
STAMP Southeast Entrance (Rain location: SORC) | Noon–3:00 p.m.

Meet your campus mental health providers while taking a brief mental health assessment. After the screening, talk privately with a counselor about your results and the mental health resources available to you on campus.
