Company Overview
Vocational Support Systems, Inc. (VSSI) provides Supported Employment and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services to adults with psychiatric disabilities who live in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Supported Employment Services help individuals with psychiatric disabilities gain and maintain competitive employment, which are jobs in the community for which everyone is equally eligible, as opposed to sheltered jobs which are set aside for persons with disabilities. Job coaching and general assistance are provided to clients to deal with work-related issues.
