Intern Responsibilities:
-Facilitate interactive workshops focused on personal development, mental wellness, leadership, and community engagement for youth and young adults.-Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation, respect, and reflection.
-Prepare lesson plans, activities, and discussion prompts aligned with the organization’s mission and workshop objectives.
-Monitor group dynamics and provide guidance or redirection as needed to maintain engagement and focus.
-Document attendance, participant feedback, and workshop outcomes for program evaluation.
-Collaborate with Chase Change staff to improve curriculum design and tailor content to the needs of each group.
-Represent Chase Change Org professionally during all program sessions, outreach events, and partnerships.
