Exclusive to Odgers, the CEOx1Day Program provides the next generation of leaders with a rare opportunity: over 25 finalists across North America will be selected to spend a day of mentorship with an inspiring CEO.

The program launched in 2009, and has since run in over 10 countries worldwide, helping facilitate 700+ CEO mentorship days.

This year, we’re thrilled to expand our North American reach – adding Washington, DC to the list of regions including Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver.

Finalists earn their CEO mentorship day through a rigorous selection process, mirroring a professional job search. Semi-finalists will be invited to an Odgers’ Career Development Day, taking place in their region, to determine which students will be matched with a CEO.
