Description: 

What is the relationship between social media use and mental health outcomes? Do violent video games cause aggression? Is the internet potentially addictive? These are just a few of the questions that we will consider in Cyberpsychology! Students will study topics such as internet addiction, social media use, online aggression, online relationships, human interaction with AI, and technology for education. It is an exciting time to study our interaction with technology, as we are living in and experiencing rapid changes in technology that are impacting our lives in a variety of ways.

For Psychology Majors course fulfills a Theme III Requirement. Great elective for other majors!
