Add Your Voice To The Dept. of Psychology's Multicultural Climate Survey

Dear Students,

You are invited to add your voice to the

Department of Psychology’s Multicultural Climate Survey.

The purpose of the survey is to understand how inclusive our Psychology department feels to you. We would like to hear your honest feedback about our strengths and weaknesses as they relate to our mission of creating a respectful, affirming, and inclusive environment.

The Psychology department will use the survey results to help us improve our multicultural climate. Your responses are anonymous. We will not ask you to identify yourself by name.

A summary of the results will be shared with faculty, staff, and students. We will hold a Town Hall meeting to present and discuss the results in Spring 2024. The Diversity Committee will also develop recommendations based on the results of this survey.

It is our hope that you will join us in this departmental evaluation and answer as honestly as possible.
