motivated HR Intern to assist Managers and the HR team. This role is on site at Corporate Headquarters
at 4201 Pulaski highway in Baltimore. Job Responsibilities:
o Provide support for recruiting team including sourcing resumes, screening resumes and
applications, provide job overview, schedule short listed candidates, and confirm interviews
o Assist the HR Manager with HR related projects such as handbook edits, updating and drafting
policy changes, safety, and O-live heathy program
o Shadow employee relations with HR Manager
o Assist HR staff in filing employment forms, HR documents, maintain manual and electronic
employee files, update company databases, inputting new employee records, including archiving
o Participate in employee resource groups
o Coordinate with Executive Admin and CSM Manager organizing company events and community
outreach
o Provide recommendations to improve HR policies and procedures
o All other duties and tasks assigned
Requirements:
o Working toward a bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field
o Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus
o Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Skills
o Excellent communication, administrative and organizational skills
o Strong ability to work as part of a team
o Self-starter and not afraid to take initiative
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
