We strive to deliver an early intervention program that feels like a
clinical team and any other health care professionals who treat their child. While some clients come to us once they have a medical diagnosis for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), others are referred to us for the actual diagnostic service. Either way, we are prepared to support each family with what they need in a timely manner.
From diagnosis, to treatment, and beyond, the world of autism can be daunting to navigate. Ally Behavior Centers is equipped to be your partner and collaborate with each family as well as their health care team to provide a complete early intervention program that includes ABA therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy and psychological services for each client to learn, grow and live their best lives.

-We are an exclusively center-based provider, and BTs don't have to worry about commuting home to home as they would need to in a home-based program
-Also due to our center-based model, BCBAs are onsite and available on a daily basis, rather than just one check-in per week as is often seen in home-based programs.
-We are an exclusively early intensive program, and can guarantee 40 hours per week to all of our employees since all of our kids are approved for 35-40 hours per week
-We salary our BTs/RBTs as well! So if there is an inclement weather day, or if a client calls out, our BTs still get paid for their time. Salary ranges from $32,600 (no experience) to $46,400 (our strongest RBTs who are enrolled in a BCBA program)
-We offer 18 days of accrued paid time off per year, along with 9 paid federal holidays along with full benefits including medical, dental and vision plans, 401k, and more
-Finally - tuition reimbursement! We are preparing to roll out a tuition reimbursement program in a few months to help our top RBTs to pursue their career as a BCBA. We strongly value professional development!
