Description:
The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as a parent coach, working with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking low-income parents via telehealth to address toddler sleep and behavior problems for a randomized controlled trial (training will be provided) The employee will also lead community-based participant recruitment for this project and conduct baseline assessment surveys with parents by phone. The employee will be responsible for contactless delivery of research materials to participants' homes and will supervise undergraduate research assistants.
Qualifications/Requirements:
-A cover letter is required for consideration.
-Bachelor's degree, or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience.
-Fluent Spanish required.
Applicants must have extensive experience working with culturally diverse low-income adults in community, clinical, or research settings.
Experience with intervention service delivery, case management, and project management is preferred but not required.
Prior research experience is a plus but is not required.
