Research Volunteer Internship Opportunities with Children's National!

The Children's National Hospital Behavioral Diabetes Research Team (led by Randi Streisand, Ph.D.) is looking for undergraduate students with an interest in health/medicine and/or child psychology to assist with on-going projects conducted through Children’s National Hospital. Studies involve promoting
diabetes outcomes and psychosocial well-being in youth with type 1 diabetes.
 
The position is flexible and will be a hybrid of in-person and remote work. Our team offers excellent opportunities to gain experience with clinical research studies with the potential for presentations and publications.

Minimum of 2 semester commitment.

Responsibilities:
 • Managing ongoing data collection
• Conducting medical record reviews
• Assist with data entry and data cleaning
• Attend bi-weekly study meetings

Qualifications:
Coursework in psychology and/or life sciences
