Post-Bac RA Position in Baltimore, MD!

The University of Kansas is seeking a post-baccalaureate Research Assistant (title: Assistant Researcher) to support day-to-day research project operations of an NIH-funded, Stage-II randomized controlled trial that is being conducted in Baltimore, Maryland. The project examines the effect of computerized working memory training on executive function, decision-making, and associated health outcomes in low-income individuals in underserved areas of Baltimore. This position offers excellent professional development opportunities, particularly for candidates seeking to expand an existing base of research experience and pursue future graduate training. The candidate must live or be willing to relocate to the Baltimore, MD area.

Responsibilities: 
Responsibilities include tasks associated with recruitment, screening, enrollment, and data collection from research participants, coordinating participant compensation, data entry and maintaining lab databases, support in preparation of project reports; however, successful applicants may perform additional duties as needed.

This position is contingent upon available funding with a limited term end date of 12/30/2022, but may be extended. The successful candidate must have appropriate authorization to work in the U.S. before employment begins.
