Our Mission:

We are a 24-hour comprehensive crisis services center and community resource whose staff provides support to anyone who comes in need.
We are seeking Mental Health Workers to provide short-term crisis stabilization in a therapeutic, residential setting to deliver the appropriate supports tailored to the needs and goals of our residents. We currently have locations in Millersville, Edgewater, and Annapolis.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Part-time and full-time positions are available. Our shifts are as follows: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. In your application, please include which shifts you are interested in. We are seeking reliable, flexible individuals with experience who are dependable, patient, people-oriented, and can thrive in a high-pressure environment. Background check required. CPR and first aid certificates are a plus, but we will train if you do not have them.
Duties Include: Monitoring of residents, implementation of individual treatment plans, daily record keeping, assistance with medications, assistance with leisure/ recreational activities, and the ability to help the residents utilize community resources for nutritional, mental health, and social service information.
Pay Range for Start: $12.50-$14.00 per hour, depending on education and experience. We offer relevant training and certification. Opportunity for growth.
