• Experience on prospective, clinical research studies with potential for presentations and publications
• Experience working collaboratively with health care professionals from a range of disciplines
• Excellent preparation for graduate school
Responsibilities:
-Assisting with the development and implementation of behavioral research studies-Coordinating clinical intervention trials, including scheduling and tracking participant recruitment, retention, and follow-up completion
-Recruiting and enrolling participants, including in-person and remote data collection
-Conducting medical record reviews
-Data entry/management/analysis
-Supervising and training undergraduate volunteers and delegating lab responsibilities
-Assisting with writing and editing of grant applications and manuscripts for publication
-Working with the Institutional Review Board (IRB) to maintain research ethical compliance
-Initiating and overseeing contractual agreements with study vendors
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree with prior experience in clinical human subjects research or Master’s in relevant area-Two-year minimum commitment
-Reliable transportation/willingness to travel to metro area study sites
-Evening hours for phone calls
