Job Description:
The Department of Psychology is looking for undergraduate psychology students to work with the Office of Undergraduate Studies staff for the 2021-2022 academic school year to assist with a variety of PSYC programs.
Students who are a good fit for this position enjoy interacting with others and speaking publicly in a wide variety of contexts. Maturity and professionalism in written and oral communication are essential, as is the ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion. Task requirements often require proficiency in Microsoft Office, Qualtrics, and new software, so preference will be extended to those who can demonstrate their expertise or the ability to learn technical programs and skills quickly. Ideal matches are students who are highly involved in the PSYC program (research, teaching, student organizations, internships, service, etc.) and are passionate about the school and major.

Specifically, the Undergraduate Program Manager will:
· Manage social media
· Greet students, answer phones, and schedule advising appointments
· Scan and grade course examinations using Remark Office software
· Assist office staff with various tasks
· Help to plan, publicize, and attend events put on by the Psychology
· Conduct research and develop proposals for new Departmental programs
-Lead virtual orientations

Minimum Requirements:
· Will be a Junior or Senior in Fall 2021
· Record of strong academic performance (cumulative G.P.A. of at least 3.0)
· Must be available to begin in Fall 2018 and able to work up to 10 hours per week
