The Student Government Association is looking for 

students to serve as at-large members on the UMPD Student Advisory Committee. The UMPD Student Advisory Committee is to meet with, advise, and communicate with Chief Mitchell and other UMPD officers about the safety of our campus community. This is an opportunity to have direct input in UMPD affairs and create a safer community for all those in College Park. The committee is meant to work with UMPD on initiatives and communication related to campus safety. The deadline to apply for a position is February 26th.
