SROP is a gateway to graduate education at Big Ten universities. The program helps prepare undergraduates from underrepresented groups for graduate study through intensive research experiences with faculty mentors and through enrichment activities. 

Program components include: research stipend, university housing, research presentations, workshops on the GRE and applying to graduate school, and social activities.
You’ll leave the program with a significant research experience with a faculty mentor, a ready-to-use oral and poster presentation of your research results, a rich multicultural experience, and new friends.
You’ll enhance your academic and research skills, giving you an advantage as a graduate applicant.

Application open until February 10, 2021.
