The Child Development Lab at the University of Maryland, College Park, under the direction of Dr. Nathan Fox, is accepting application for our annual Summer Internship Program. Our research explores individua differences in infant temperament and how these differences affect the trajectories of development of typical and atypical development. We use a number of brain imaging methods to study the neural correlates of infant temperament including EEG, fMRI, and fNIRS. For information about our current research, please see our lab website (www.cdl.umd.edu). This internship will provide interns with the opportunity to work with graduate students and postdocs on both ongoing and new studies. Interns will be able to be involved with a wide range of activities over the course of the internship including recruiting participants, running experiments, analyzing data, and presenting results.
