Description:
The Grand Lab, directed by Dr. James Grand, is seeking motivated undergraduate students for the 2018-2019 academic year to work as research assistants. Research assistants will work in various capacities on a number of ongoing and developing research projects. The lab works specifically on projects in organizational psychology in topic areas such as decision making, computational modeling, teams, leadership, and motivation. Responsibilities:
-2-4 hours per week
-Lab meetings
-Participant recruitment and sign-up management
-Subject testing
-Data entry, coding, and management
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3.0 GPA
-Organizational skills
-Able to work a reliable, consistent schedule
-Works well in a team
-Willing to learn new research and methodological skills
