Dr. Kurt Gray is recruiting a full time lab manager for the Mind Perception and Morality Lab, starting in the Fall of 2018. The MPM lab studies how people see the minds of others, and how this "mind perception" underlies our most crucial moral judgments. This position is ideal for students
interested in gaining more experience prior to applying to graduate school in social psychology,
organizational behavior, or similar fields.

Responsibilities:
The lab manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily research and administrative tasks of the
lab. The lab manager’s primary task will be overseeing a multi-year NSF funded project on ethics in
the workplace. They will also take care of administrative duties such as completing IRBs, ordering
supplies, managing RA schedules, and organizing participant payments. The lab manager will be
encouraged to develop their own research lines related to mind perception and/or morality if they so
desire.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be conscientious and have good attention to detail. They must also like people-
this is a social psychology lab, after all! Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in psychology or a
related field of behavioral science or philosophy. They must also have experience with SPSS,
Qualtrics, and Excel. Previous experience with running behavioral studies is a plus.
