Earn $90 for participating in a study on lifestyles in romantic relationships!
Researchers in the Department of Psychology at the University of Maryland, College Park are currently recruiting for a paid study on close relationships. You would attend a lab session on campus with your dating partner or husband/wife to complete interesting questions for 1-hour. You’d then complete online questionnaires about your behavior and your relationship for about 8 minutes each evening for 14 nights. Each participant who completes these tasks can be paid up to $35, totaling $70.
Additionally, after 6 months, couples may be contacted for an online 6-month followup survey. Participants who complete this survey may receive an additional $10. Participation for the entire length of the study including the lab session, evening questionnaires, and the 6-month followup shall not exceed 3.5 hours. Couples that complete all portions of the study may receive up to $90.
Eligibility requirements: You must be in a committed dating relationship, or married. You must have been in this relationship for at least one year. You and your romantic partner must be over 18 years of age and fluent in English. You and your partner must attend the same lab sessions.
