Black Males Needed for Summer Undergraduate Research Assistant Positions

The Organizational Psychology lab is looking for Black male undergraduate research assistants to primarily aid in running a lab study, collecting data and interacting with participants. Volunteers have the opportunity to work in our lab for class credit. The goal of the research project is to better understand how teams are able to make make innovative decisions. In addition to gaining the experience of working in a lab, research assistants will have the opportunity to interact with graduate students from different fields of psychology and gain insight into applying to graduate school.

Responsibilities:
- 6-9 hour per week commitment
- Conduct a laboratory study with undergraduate participants

Qualifications:
- Psychology major preferred, though not requirement
-No Lab Experience Necessary
