Research Assistant Positions
Language and Music Cognition Lab
Fall 2016/Spring 2017
Description:
Are you interested in learning more about how we process music and how musical experience/ability is related to other perceptual and cognitive skills? Or more about how we produce words and sentences, how we learn second languages, and how bilinguals process two (or more) languages? Are you considering applying to graduate school (especially in psychology, cognitive science, or linguistics)? If so, consider applying for a research assistant position in the Language and Music Cognition Laboratory to help out with research projects investigating the cognition of language, music, and bilingualism. We ask for a nine hour per week, two semester commitment, and offer 3 credits in PSYC479 each semester. Applicants should have at least a 3.0 GPA. Previous research experience would be beneficial, but is not required.
