Undergraduate Research Assistant Positions open for Black/African-American Males

Description:
The Organization Psychology Lab is looking for several undergraduate research assistants to primarily aid in running a lab study, collecting data and interacting with participants. The goal of the research project is to better understand how individuals work in groups. In addition to gaining the experience of working in a lab, research assistants will have the opportunity to interact with graduate students from different fields of psychology and gain insight into applying to graduate school. To run the study, we require that the applicant be an African-American Male.
Responsibilities:
- 6-9 hour per week commitment
- Conduct a laboratory study with undergraduate participants
Qualifications:
- Psychology major preferred, though not requirement
- Lab experience is not necessary, but those who have worked in a lab will have a better chance of being selected
