Research Technician Position
State University of New York (SUNY) at Binghamton
A Research Technician position is available within the Translational Affective Neuroscience Laboratory at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Binghamton under the direction of Dr. Gregory Strauss (http://bingweb.binghamton.edu/~gstrauss). The research technician will be involved in all aspects of the research program, assisting in the coordination of day-to day operations of one or more research protocols examining biomarkers for psychosis risk and reward processing abnormalities in schizophrenia. Duties will include recruitment, data processing/analysis, and administration of study protocols using multiple cognitive/affective neuroscience methods (e.g., electroencephalography, eye tracking, electrocardiography). Applicants should have a bachelors degree or higher and relevant research experience. The city of Binghamton is located in the southern tier region of central New York, close to the Finger Lakes and about three hours from New York City.
