Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center
Georgetown University The Cancer Prevention and Control Program at the Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center of Georgetown University have openings for unpaid research interns to work on the Measuring Your Health (MY-Health) study. The project measures the symptoms and function of cancer patients. Responsibilities include: entering Medical Record data, and conducting literature searches.
This is an excellent opportunity for undergraduates interested in attending nursing/medical school or health science graduate studies. Applicants enrolled in a psychology, pre-med, or public health-related program are preferred.
The schedule is flexible but interns are expected to stay through the Spring semester.
