Research Assistant Position
Social Psychology Lab
The Social Psychology Lab is conducting research into various social psychology phenomena. Various projects are conducted at the Social Psychology laboratory, with our main emphasis currently into conducting a group study project in collaboration with the Open Science Framework (OSF). Undergraduate research assistants at our laboratory will be trained in conducting group studies, and learn more about replication research and its importance for the integrity of psychological research. This position is high paced and requires strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
-Data collection with groups of participants
-Data entry and review using Excel/Google Docs
-Volunteer at least 3-10 hours Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
-3.0 GPA
-Must be attending the University of Maryland, College Park and be at least Freshman status
-Strong organizational skills
-Attention to detail
-Basic Excel skills
-Able to commit to the Spring semester of 2015
