The 2014 Mid-Atlantic Medical Neighborhood Forum is fast approaching and we need your help to get the word out to deserving community health workers and health care students. The purpose of the event is to provide an opportunity for an open dialogue across local communities and to collectively identify resources for collaboration that will transform the health care industry into a true community ecosystem.
