The MLaw minor offers programming in law and society for students of all disciplines and is designed to foster knowledge and appreciation for law in action and legal thought processes. This unique opportunity provides a rigorous classroom teaching and learning with experiential learning and the tools for analyzing how law operates in our everyday lives.
The law and society minor:
Provides interdisciplinary training in law and society
Provides students with an opportunity to expand analytic and research skills
Provides skills for possible careers in Washington, D.C.
Provides opportunities for students to meet national leaders and visit and work in governmental and nongovernmental institutions and organizations
Provides access to law school faculty who will teach courses in the concentration tracks
