Research Assistants needed for Adult Smokers Study!

Undergraduate Research Assistant Position
Center for Addictions, Personality, and Emotion Research (CAPER)
University of Maryland

Description:
The Smoking Alternatives Study in the Center for Addictions, Personality, and Emotion Research (CAPER) Lab of the Psychology Department is looking for Undergraduate Research Assistants. This is a research study investigating mechanisms underlying Behavioral Activation Treatment Smoking (BATS) in a population of adult smokers.

Responsibilities:
-9 hours per week
-Data Entry
-Assist with participant retention
-Recruit participants
-Observe clinical interviews

Qualifications:
-Junior or higher standing
-Experience with Data Entry
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Professional Tone
-Preferred: experience with SPSS and/or Microsoft Excel
-Preferred: experience with Clinical Interviews
