Undergraduates must report to the rear entrance of Cole by 11:45am. The front entrance will open to guests at 12:00pm.
After the ceremony the Department will be hosting a reception for you and your guests from 2:00pm - 3:00pm in the BRB Colonnade. We look forward to seeing you at both the reception and ceremony!
RSVP or Tickets?
Whether you plan to join us or not, please take a moment to RSVP for the ceremony and reception by visiting http://ter.ps/PSYCrsvp no later than Monday April 29th. Note that on that survey you’ll be asked about the number of guests that you expect will attend and whether you or your guests will require special accommodations (e.g., wheelchairs, interpreter). All wheelchair seating for guests will be on the upper level of Cole Fieldhouse, accessible from the main entrance. Guests will not need a physical ticket to enter the armory but students must RSVP in order to participate in the ceremony.
Am I Eligible to Participate in the Ceremony?
All students cleared to graduate in August 2012, December 2012 or May 2013 may participate. For those that anticipate graduating in August 2013, you must contact Ms. Lori Kader, Assistant Director of Undergraduate Studies to obtain clearance to participate in the ceremony (psycadvising@umd.edu).
Masters and doctoral students should contact Carol Gorham (cgorham@umd.edu).
