Are you going into a helping profession and looking for some valuable experience to help build your resume? Have you “been there, done that” and want to share the knowledge you have gained? Apply to become a Big PSYC Terp for a first semester PSYC major! As a Big PSYC Terp, you will have the opportunity to provide support to an incoming PSYC major as he or she becomes acquainted with the University of Maryland’s PSYC program requirements and policies. Teach your Little PSYC Terp the lessons that you had to learn the hard way, while gaining the satisfaction of helping a fellow PSYC major! PSYC majors who are passionate and enthusiastic about their experiences at the University of Maryland are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
· Must be a PSYC major for a minimum of two semesters
· Must be in good judicial/academic standing
· Must be able to commit to at least one semester
