ROAD TRIPS TO THE REAL WORLD!
The University Career Center & The President’s Promise is working with EACE to offer students an opportunity to visit a select number of organizations over Winter Break. Site visits may include panel discussions of employees and/or interns, site tours, or networking sessions. The programs cost $10.00 per site. Students must provide their own transportation to and from the site, and they are responsible for any incidental expense they may incur. Who: Students who are interested in exploring career field opportunities.
What: An opportunity for students to learn first-hand about a career field, network with employees and explore internship and job opportunities.
Where: From Williamsburg, VA to Portland, ME and points in between (Boston, Ft. Meade, Philadelphia, New York, Pittsburgh, Providence, Washington, DC, just to name a few). And some pretty awesome businesses too in a variety of industries such has pharmacy, retail, media, non-profits, consumer goods, finance/accounting, and more!

Why: It will help you to think about life after college and the career paths that are available. After all, it is never too early to start thinking about your career!
