Description:
The Maryland Psychotherapy Clinic and Research Lab (MPCRL) provides high-quality, low-cost counseling and psychotherapy to adults in the Prince George's, Montgomery County, and Washington, D.C. area. Treatment focuses on insight and understanding difficulties in relationship problems, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and meaning of life. Research conducted in the lab aims to study the effectiveness of psychotherapy. The lab is looking for motivated undergraduate research assistants for fall semester.
Responsibilities:
-Commitment of at least 6 hours per week from 11 am-8 pm Monday through Thursday
-Behavioral Coding
-Transcription
-Administrative Duties such as answering phones, updating payment log and setting up measures
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
-Minimum 3.3 GPA
-Reliable & Punctual
-Psychology major
-Interest in Counseling Psychology/Psychotherapy/Research
