Undergraduate Research Assistant Position
Social, Decision, and Organizational Sciences
Description:
The Social, Decision and Organizational Science program is interested in understanding how individuals decide to initiate negotiation as well as make judgments about those who make mistakes in professional settings. This research is relevant to individuals who wish to learn more about organizational psychology, social psychology, discrimination and negotiation.
Responsibilities:
-Learn to design and implement experimental task paradigms
-Learn to conduct an extensive Literature Review
Qualifications:
-No previous experience required
-High motivation for graduate study
-Willingness to administer research
-Interest in training in how to conduct research
-6-9 hours per week available to work in the laboratory
