Undergraduate Research Assistant Positions
Summer 2013/Fall 2013

Description:
Looking to fill multiple research assistant positions for the summer and the fall. Research assistants will be an integral part of completing a wide variety of studies relating to Organizational psychology: Study 1 will investigate the career trajectories of lawyers and will involve database management and survey creation. Study 2 will examine how people respond to leaders of different ethnic background in relation to their ethicality. Study 3 will involve the examination of ethical leadership in Singapore. Study 4 will involve building a theoretical understanding of Athletes and their career trajectories. Study5 will examine the college admission strategies as it related to minority students. Research assistants will work on 1 or 2 or these projects as it relates to their interests and pressing deadlines.

Responsibilities:
-Run participants
-Conduct literature searches
-Database Management
-Data Entry
-Creation and maintenance of study material
-Lab Meetings
