Maturity and professionalism in written and oral communication are essential, as is the ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion. Task requirements often require proficiency in Microsoft Office, Qualtrics, SPSS and new software, so preference will be extended to those who can demonstrate their expertise or the ability to learn technical programs quickly. Ideal matches are students who are highly involved in the program (research, teaching, student organizations, internships, service, etc.) and are passionate about the school and major.
