Virtual Internships with Thaddeus Resource Center. We provide case management, therapy, workforce training, and tutoring services for women and youth at a variety of ages. These services are provided through different programs in our offices as well as referrals we can submit to outside organizations. Our staff is committed to empowering women and youth to better equip them in their futures.

The Program Developer & Resource Navigator supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of client-facing programs and services within the Programs Department. This role contributes to the development and facilitation of workshops, support groups, and other engagement initiatives, while also supporting community outreach and partnership efforts. This position assists in identifying, researching, and organizing external resources to ensure clients have access to relevant and reliable support services. The role works collaboratively with Care Coordinators and Case Managers to promote holistic, client-centered care and to advance the organization’s programmatic impact.

The Intern will receive direct supervision from the Programs Department Mentor, Case Management
Mentor, and President. The intern will also get the chance to work in self-organized teams on different
monthly projects. This internship is unpaid, but eligible for academic or course credit if approved by your
educational institution.

The Care Coordinator facilitates support groups in addition to responsibilities within the Programs Department (program development, blog writing, community & empowerment via social media, resource
cultivation, ongoing mentor recruitment, monitors and submits monthly Key Performance Indicator data),
as well as develops relationships and maintains communication with clients, school staff, church staff,
and service partners.

The 1 year internship program includes 1-on-1 client interaction.
