Bilingual Research Internship Opportunity: Pediatric and Clinical Child Psychology

Clinical Research Team (led by Randi Streisand, Ph.D.) 
is looking for undergraduate students or trainees
who speak Spanish and have an interest in health/medicine and/or child psychology to assist with on-going projects conducted through Children’s National Hospital. Studies involve promoting diabetes outcomes and psychosocial well-being in youth with type 1 diabetes. This experience is eligible for PSYC 389 Internship Credit.

Clinical Research Internship Position Announcement

Description:
The position is flexible and will be a hybrid of in-person and remote settings. Our team offers excellent opportunities for experience on prospective, clinical research studies with the potential for presentations and publications. Opportunity for college credit or possibly pay.

Responsibilities: 
Recruitment and enrollment of Spanish speaking participants
Management of ongoing participant data collection

Qualifications:
Coursework in psychology and/or life sciences
Minimum of 2 semester commitment, 5-10 hours per week
Fluent in Spanish
