Spring 2022 Research Assistant Positions with The Diversity and Intergroup Relations Lab!

The Diversity and Intergroup Relations Lab/ is seeking research assistants for the Spring 2022 semester. RAs will assist the Principal Investigator and other lab members with various tasks related to studying how social contexts affect intergroup attitudes and behavior, particularly among racial and ethnic groups. Our research seeks to confront the causes and consequences of stereotyping, prejudice, and discrimination using social psychological theory and experimental methods, while integrating insights from other disciplines (e.g., sociology, political science).

Responsibilities:  
-Programming studies
-Data management
-Reviewing literature
-Preparing stimuli
-Coding data
-Data analysis
-Recruiting subjects
-Running subjects

Qualifications:
-Must be in good academic standing with the University.
-Able to commit to at least 3 hours a week.
-Able to commit to at least 2 semesters.
-Interested in intergroup relations, diversity, stereotyping, racial inequality, or related areas.
