Break through barriers to mental well being and success through the Counseling Center's Virtual Workshop Series!

The Counseling Center is hosting drop-in virtual workshops on a wide range of topics (16 total!) to support your mental health and wellbeing. Click through the tabs below to find out more about information, including topic descriptions, Zoom links, and workshop times.

Please know that this is a skill-building workshop and is not a therapy space. Due to the open and online nature of this support space, this workshop is not private or confidential though participants are encouraged to be respectful and mindful of each other and to practice discretion.

Advanced registration is not required. The workshops will close to new participants 15 minutes after the start of the workshop. Workshops will not occur on university holidays.
