Support resources to help guide students through registration and the remainder of the online semester!

For students who want to meet with PSYC Advising:
Advisors will be available through email, phone, and scheduled video chats (via Zoom or Google Hangouts Meet). The best way to reach PSYC advising with questions or to schedule a virtual appointment is through email at psycadvising@umd.edu. Or you can call an advisor directly during business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Spring 2020 Pass/Fail Policy:
All undergraduate courses in spring 2020 will be graded pass/fail unless the student elects to receive an earned grade for the course. Read through this website to learn what this means for you and what, if any, actions you need to take. If you've read through the FAQs and you still have questions then contact psycadvising@umd.edu.

Self-Care:
The Counseling Center services are available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. After-hours crisis services are available by phone at (301) 314-7651 starting at 4:30 p.m. every weekday and on weekends.

NEW: this Self-Care, Mental Health, Wellness resources page includes COVID-19 specific help for students.

In addition to appointments, the counseling center has several resources available to students, including Welltrack, an interactive, self-help app available to all UMD students. Please review their website for additional information.

Tutoring services are working diligently to move to online platforms on or after March 30, including:

Career Advising:
UCC @ BSOS is available to students in a remote format. Students are encouraged to engage with UCC @ BSOS virtually using any of the options listed on their website, including virtual appointments.

All in-person University Career Center events are canceled. But students can still connect with employers at these virtual events.
