The Maryland Child and Family Development Lab directed by Dr. Jude Cassidy, is seeking a part-time lab coordinator starting this Summer 2019 and continuing into the Fall 2019 and Spring 2020. The MCFDL lab investigates the influence of close relationships throughout the lifespan on cognitions, emotions, and behaviors. We encourage applicants with a background in psychology, cognitive science, or related fields to apply. Applicants must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Performing general lab administration duties, including recruiting and communicating with participants, maintaining lab web pages, and coordinating data collection and participant compensation.
• Assisting with IRB and grant applications
• Providing general support for the PI and other researchers in the lab including, but not limited to, purchasing and maintaining lab equipment, and tidying and organizing the lab.
• Conducting literature searches and checking references to assist in manuscript preparation
Salary will be $10.10 per hour. A time commitment of 8-10 hours per week is required. Application review will begin immediately.
